Food Service Specialist - Shannon Medical Center : Job Details

Performs food service tasks and other related duties in accordance with healthcare standards. Provides excellent customer service while serving guests. Under direct supervision, learns to perform a variety of food service functions including patient tray line, floor care, cart wash, trash, grease, garbage removal, manual ware wash, and dish machine operation in accordance with healthcare sanitation regulation. Education Food Service Specialist (I), (II), (III) Education Type Program of Study Required/ Preferred High School Diploma or G.E.D. N/ A Preferred Experience Competency Position Completion of on the job training in Food Services.
