Food Service Worker - Carle Health : Job Details

Re-stock food and small wares supplies according to the established par levels. Deliver or serve patient/guest meal trays and retail food items accurately and in a timely manner. Keep retail or production preparation areas clean and sanitary using the established Public Health District standards. Follow guidelines for food handling and sanitation and ensure compliance. Prepares food and beverage requests in a timely and accurate manner. Complete dish and ware washing duties as assigned. Perform accurate cash handling for guest tray charges and retail food operations. Maintain dish room, ware washing area and tray assembly area in a clean and sanitary manner.
