- Hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Food, Hotel/Restaurant Management or a related field
- Have at least one year related experience in high volume food service operation
- Must be knowledgeable of HACCP procedures and should be ServSafe Certified
- Must be able to motivate staff to achieve desired goals
- Must have excellent managerial and communication skills, oral/written (bilingual a plus)
- Must be creative, organized, self-motivated and dependable
- Must be able to work independently without major supervision
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative
