Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.

Have at least 3 years of K-12 Food Service experience.

Hold and maintain a valid driver's license.

Have some knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.

Be familiar with all safety and sanitary practices that pertain to food handling.

Hold Manager's ServSafe Certification, or receive certification within the first 6 months of employment.

Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.

Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English

Have some accounting experience.

Be well versed in CN programs (CEP, NSLP, SBP, CACFP, ASP).

Have working knowledge of inventory control practices.

Have excellent interpersonal skills.

Be able to lift and carry 25 pounds unassisted.
