* Greet patrons attending home football games
* Settle seating disputes or help solve other customer concerns
* Show patrons where to find exits, bathrooms, and concession stands
* Able to work all 6 home football games: Thursday, 9/3 at 7:00 PM | Saturday, 9/12 at 6:00 PM | Saturday, 10/3 at 6:00 PM | Saturday, 10/17 at 6:00 PM | Saturday, 11/7 at 4:00 PM | Saturday, 11/14 at 3:00 PM
* Help point out disorderly or obnoxious patrons
* Provide assistance with patrons' special needs, such as helping those with wheelchairs
* Guide patrons to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency
* Distribute programs to patrons
* Search for lost articles or for parents of lost children
* Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules
* Verify credentials of patrons desiring entrance into press box or other restricted areas and permit only authorized persons to enter
* Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued
Minimum Qualifications
* Must be work-study eligible
* Must be able to work all 6 home football games (dates listed above)
* Must attend 2 training sessions in the fall - dates TBD
* Must pass a background check
* Strong communication skills
* Knowledge and interest in sports/athletics
* Enthusiastic with a desire to work hard and have fun
Physical Requirements
Ability to work outdoors in various conditions: heat, cold, rain, etc., including standing for the entirety of each game.
