Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Create footwear collections from concept to final design, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and market trends.

- Trend Analysis: Research and interpret global fashion, material, and competitor trends to inform innovative designs.

- Concept Sketching: Develop and present detailed 2D/3D sketches, technical packs, and prototypes.

- Material Selection: Curate seasonal fabric, color palettes, and materials that elevate the brands identity.

- Product Refinement: Collaborate in fittings to refine designs and implement feedback to achieve exceptional fit and quality.

- Vendor Collaboration: Communicate effectively with vendors and factories to oversee all phases of product development, including prototyping and sample corrections.

- Seasonal Coordination: Manage and maintain seasonal materials, color standards, and presentation boards.
