Job Summary:As a Service Advisor at Jones Auto Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. In this individual contributor role, you will act as a liaison between customers and our service department, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. This Full-Time position is located in our Casa Grande, Arizona dealership and offers a competitive salary range of $4000 to $8000 per month, paid biweekly.Compensation & Benefits:Salary range of $4000 to $9000 per month, paid biweeklyComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid time off and holiday payOpportunities for career advancement within the Jones Auto GroupResponsibilities:Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional mannerConsult with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and issuesSchedule appointments for service and repairs, ensuring efficient use of technicians time and resourcesProvide accurate estimates and quotes for services and repairsAct as a point of contact for customers throughout the service process, keeping them updated on the status of their vehicleCommunicate recommendations for additional services or repairs neededGenerate and explain invoices to customers, including a breakdown of service costsResolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional mannerMaintain open communication with service technicians, ensuring they understand the customers needs and concernsContinuously strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals and improve overall service experienceRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industryKnowledge of automotive systems and repairsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite and dealership management systemsMust be able to pass a background check and drug screeningValid drivers license and clean driving record
