Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and efficient diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles, adhering to factory specifications and procedures.
  • Utilize Ford diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and powertrain systems.
  • Complete all work orders and documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Ford technical bulletins and training materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle repairs.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Ford Certified Technician status is required.
  • Proven experience working as an automotive technician, preferably within a Ford dealership.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Ford diagnostic tools and software (IDS, FDRS, etc.).
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
  • Master Technician Certification.
