Foreclosure Processor - McMichael Taylor Gray LLC : Job Details

Job Type Full-time Description McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Foreclosure Processor for our growing New York practice. The ideal applicant MUST LIVE IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK and have experience in default operations; specifically, the processing of foreclosure, bankruptcy, and/or eviction case files for creditors. Remote options available, depending on the applicant's experience and circumstances. Requirements Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Communicating via email, phone, and client systems with court personnel, clients, opposing attorneys, and others
• Facilitating foreclosures, evictions, and bankruptcies

Skills/Abilities:

• Prior title review or title clearance experience is a plus
• Notaries or candidates willing to become a notary are preferred
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritize numerous tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to professionally communicate with and provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Working knowledge/experience with various client systems such as Black Knight/LPS, Tempo, and CaseAware strongly preferred.
• MS Office (including Excel, Outlook and Word) proficiency required.

Experience:

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience in default operations, specifically the processing of foreclosure case files in New York
• Proficiency in MS Office products including Outlook and Teams
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines

Physical Demands:

• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
• General high-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Occasional overtime may be required
