You ensure everything is set for success, from manpower and material needs to the timeline. Each morning, you communicate daily progress expectations to your crew and ensure that all necessary materials, equipment, and supplies are on hand. You keep a close eye on your team's work, ensuring it meets quality standards and safety protocols. By afternoon, you provide a status update to management, keeping everyone in the loop.
