Job Title: ForemanJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to join our team in East Brunswick, NJ. The ideal candidate will oversee and direct construction civil and new commercial construction projects. This includes reading blueprints, civil construction experience, utility foreman construction experience, and commercial/industrial construction experience with installing pipes. The candidate must be proficient in operating an excavator and dozer, and should be able to use both CAT and DEERE controls on the excavator. While the primary responsibility will be operating heavy equipment, the candidate will also assist the crew on the ground.ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight and direction for civil and new commercial construction projects.Read and interpret blueprints accurately.Operate heavy equipment, including excavators and dozers.Utilize both CAT and DEERE controls on excavators.Assist crew members on the ground as needed.Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues.Essential SkillsExperience in civil construction.Experience as a utility foreman.Experience in commercial and industrial construction, specifically with installing pipes.Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, including excavators and dozers.Ability to use both CAT and DEERE controls on excavators.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency with using lasers for pipe leveling.Experience with Mini Excavator and Skid Steer equipment.OSHA Certifications are a plus.Why Work Here?Join an environmental construction company with a strong commitment to growth and employee development.
