Job Title: ForemanJob DescriptionElectricians will be roughing in conduit and wiring new commercial buildings based on plans and prints provided by the general contractor. These wires are typically terminated at switches, circuit breaker panels, and relays. Commercial electricians wire instruments that control the power, lighting, and heating units in buildings, as well as provide wiring for air conditioning and refrigeration units. Electricians will use power tools, test meters, pipe threaders, and conduit benders.ResponsibilitiesRough in conduit and wiring for new commercial buildings based on provided plans and prints.Terminate wires at switches, circuit breaker panels, and relays.Wire instruments controlling power, lighting, and heating units in buildings.Provide wiring for air conditioning and refrigeration units.Utilize power tools, test meters, pipe threaders, and conduit benders.Essential SkillsCommercial experience in bending conduit or pipe and running wire.Safety-oriented and OSHA certified.Proficiency with saws, drills, utility knives, ohmmeters, and testing tools.Experience with conduit, wiring, and construction tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with 227V and 480V systems.Proficiency in conduit installation, pulling wire, pipe bending, and outlet wiring.Why Work Here?Strong 401k offering and comprehensive medical, vision, and dental benefits.
