Forge Loader/Unloader 1st Shift - No Experience Required - Nesco Resource, LLC : Job Details

Safety and PPE (Personnel Protection Equipment) Heater Loader Production responsibility:

• Change all job on signs

• Understand change-over check sheet

• Push out the heater to clear product

• Verify new product for next production run

Duties:

• Understand and check for Shear cracks

• Understand and verify hoist operation Production:

• Perform forging quality check using visual standards

• Understanding tagging / LD of product

• Production Unloader:

• Perform forging Quality check using visual standers

• Identify potential non-conforming products by doing quality check (notify GL/Supr.)

• Understanding standard pack per part number

• Training is required in minor inspection in both locations

• No experience needed

• Must be able to read and write English

• General math is required at a high school level

• 5S on Forge line

• Organization of paperwork / track production / scrap

• Kaizen suggestions / Safety improvements
