Job Description :

Adecco is seeking Forklift Operators to join our team! This role involves handling the loading and unloading of trucks, securing shipped goods, and assisting with inventory management. If you have experience in warehouse operations and forklift handling, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare pulleys and take-ups for shipment.

  • Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks.

  • Use banding equipment to secure goods for shipment to customers.

  • Unload steel trucks as necessary.

  • Operate hoists for loading and unloading.

  • Assist in loading and unloading flatbed trucks.

  • Serve as a back-up to the Shipping Supervisor when needed.

  • Assist in receiving parts and materials into inventory following company policies.

  • Perform cycle counting and maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Assist in other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.

  • Experience: 2+ years of warehouse experience is preferred. Previous forklift operation experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

  • Certifications: Forklift certification.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach.

Shift Information:

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  • Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

  • Overtime may be required based on workload.

Training:

  • 2-day New Hire Orientation (NEO) starting at 7:50 AM. After completion of the NEO, you will begin working your designated shift.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
