Fork Truck Driver - B Shift - Datrose : Job Details

Our Client: Our client is a leading provider of medical imaging systems. We are looking to add someone to this team who can share in the company's passion for commitment to provide high-value technology to their customers. This company has worldwide reach with a long-standing local footprint. Position Details: Datrose is seeking a Forklift Operator for a one year contract position with a possibility of being temp to hire. The pay rate is $18.00/hr. The shift is 12:00pm (noon) - 8:30pm, Monday-Friday and the facility is located in East Rochester, NY. Who We're Looking For: Candidates with Forklift Certification to work in an industrial/warehouse environment. Experience should include picking stock, using handheld scanners, loading and unloading materials. A team player, with good communication skills and a mind for safety. • Perform various manual activities under minimal/direct supervision
• Picking stock
• Light manufacturing
• Building pallets for shipment
• Loading and unloading materials
• Ordering, storing and delivering supplies
• Using hand scanners
• Heavy lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications for Success:

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE is required
• Fork Truck License required
• Need steel toe safety shoes
• Basic mathematic skills
• Prior Warehouse/Dock experience
• Detail oriented with time management skills
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Word and basic Excel and Outlook
• SAP knowledge is preferred
