Maintain clean and organized work area; critically review processes to eliminate safety issues before occurring. Understand this position is key to customer quality; execute work instructions to support daily production. Communicate any issues to Team Lead. Communicate best practices to team mates; document and improve current processes for team improvement. Reviews daily production schedules with team lead to be prepared for upcoming changes; develops a plan in coordination with team lead to support production. Complies with all organization's policies, So. Ps and W - Is; hold team mates accountable as well. Continuously look for areas or processes to improve.
