We're seeking experience candidates for Forklift Operator positions. Compensation for these direct-hire jobs is $20.00+ per hour depending on experience. Interested? Read more below!What the Forklift Operator will do:

• Safely operate equipment as stated by company GMPs and Safety protocols
• Assist in set up and control of FEFO/FIFO Inventory System to ensure uninterrupted flow of product and materials
• Model loads and paperwork handling best practices
• Train/mentor new hires as assigned by Supervisors
• Make sure production has the correct packaging for the day
• Keep accurate count of finished product
• Verify product is properly labeled with date code, pallet number, state, on hold, etc.
• Submit daily counts to the office at the end of each shift
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Adhere to and comply with quality production and Food Safety

What you need to be a Forklift Operator:

• 1-3 years of Warehouse/Forklift experience is preferred, but not required
• Required to operate a sit-down forklift for entire shift
• Periodic standing on hard surfaces required
• Able to regularly bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Comfortable with working in a production and warehouse environment, including forklifts, equipment, and damp floors
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors #WorkNow #DohertyStaffingPosition
