As a Forklift Operator you will ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials within our facility. Key Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to load and unload materials, products, and equipment.
  • Move items to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks.
  • Perform pre-start checks of forklifts and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all materials are properly stored.
  • Follow established procedures for documenting and handling inventory.
  • Stack and arrange products and materials according to company standards.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the accurate and timely completion of orders.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Valid forklift operator's license/certification.
  • Ability to operate various types of forklifts, including reach trucks, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks.
  • Knowledge of proper forklift handling techniques, including load capacity calculation and stability principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
