Forklift Operator - Old World Industries : Job Details

POSITION PURPOSE: Fulfillment and prep for orders, shipments, and receiving goods.DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Unload, stack, wrap, move, and stage materials using forklift
• Track inventory movements & assist other drivers asneeded
• Assist with all shipping and receiving of product
• Identify damages and report quality deficiencies
• Inspect forklift and keep updated service records
• Maintain a safe warehouse and drive a safety-first culture
• Ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the facility
• Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

• Highschool diploma/GED preferred
• Certified forklift operator license
• Warehouse or forklift experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+lbs
• Comfortable working independently
