Top Job Located in Moses Lake, WA Salary: $10-$20 per hour, DOEForklift OperatorLocation: Moses Lake and Surrounding AreasPay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOESchedule: Varies, flexible shifts including weekendsWe are currently seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join the teams at several local companies in Ephrata, Moses Lake, Warden, and Othello, WA. In this role, you'll be responsible for properly loading and unloading materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting devices, along with other assigned warehouse duties.Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate electric, propane, or gas-powered industrial trucks with lifting devices to move products, equipment, and materials.
• Adhere to all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Record the weight, counts, and condition of materials.
• Lead safety inspections and communicate with semi-truck drivers to ensure safety precautions.
• Operate other machinery and material handling equipment as needed.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

• Certified forklift operator (preferred).
• Ability to follow directions and read/write diagrams, shipping orders, and work instructions in English.
• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience.
• Comfortable with various noise levels, which can be loud at times.
