Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Forklift Operator in Wilmington, Illinois Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly. Hourly Pay: $18.50 per hour Overtime Pay: $27.75 per hour. Additional Pay: $0.25 pay increase after 90 days and 180 days. $0.50 increase after 1 year. $3.00 per hour productivity bonus on average. Sign-on bonus: $1000 (half paid at 30 days, other half paid at 90 days)Schedule: A Shift - Sunday through Tuesday from 5:00 am - 4:30 pm and Wednesdays from 5:00 am - 10:45 am.
