Also responsible for assisting with coordination of daily production schedules and communicating with participants, staff, and industrial customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting and filling in for vocational associates to provide supervision, training and support to participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Safely operate vehicles and machinery.
• Regularly checking and inspecting equipment for faults or damages.
• Follow all OSHA rules and traffic laws.

SKILLS:

• Experience driving box/straight trucks and manual transmission is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license
• Insurable driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical
• Ability to complete forklift certification
