The Former Resident Care Associate contributes to the success of the organization by managing the communication and collection process for former residents, ensuring accurate final accounting, timely communication, and high-level customer service. Responsibilities Maintaining incoming calls on a high-volume phone line. Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Promptly responds to all former resident concerns and inquiries about final move-out charges. Maintains accurate, detailed records of account communications in necessary platforms. Manage former resident collections, including communication, payment, and documentation. Monitor and maintain collection accounts and payment plans. Resolve customer billing questions and issues. Communicates with the onsite team to gather additional information, answer questions, and ensure accurate charge assessment.
