In this exciting leadership role, you'll wear multiple hats and be responsible for driving sales growth within the pharmacy supplies channel. You'll lead a dedicated sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key pharmacy decision-makers. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
  • Identify and qualify new pharmacy leads, converting them into loyal customers
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Expand strategic supplier relationships lowering cost and expanding offering
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, operations, accounting, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement
  • Thrive within the established structure of a larger parent company

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to think strategically and act independently
  • Ability to work effectively within a structured environment
