Compensation: The compensation range for the role is $150,000 - $200,000 USD annually. Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits. When determining a team member's compensation and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget, and internal equity).
QualificationsTo provide leadership to the Foundation Board of Trustees and day-to-day operations of the Foundation to achieve the fundraising goals.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education: Bachelors in Fundraising Management, Business, Journalism or similar degree; Masters' Degree required.
Minimum Experience: Seven (7) plus years' experience in a senior-level position in a Foundation/fundraising capacity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Certification/Registration: Certified Fundraising Professional preferred.
Physical Requirements: Travel to multiple facilities and external meetings/events is required.
