Founding Software Engineer, Full-Stack - Credal : Job Details

We accelerate the most complex, sophisticated operations of the most impactful institutions, while weaving security and governance into every part of our product. Our users include the HHS, MongoDB, Comcast, Lattice, Wise, Checkr, and incident.io among others.

We've raised just over $10m to date with a ton of runway and are looking to continue growing our engineering team.

We're looking for a founding full-stack engineer to help us transition from our MVP, with proven market demand from global enterprises, to a scalable, performant architecture while maintaining our industry leading security posture.

What you'll do:

• Take end-to-end ownership of our core products, built on…
  • Frontend: React, Typescript, NextJS, Tailwind
  • Backend: Typescript, NextJS, Gel/PostgreSQL
  • AI/ML: OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Gemini, Milvus/QDrant/MongoDB
  • Cloud: AWS, Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes
• Ensure we can successfully sync billions of records into our data platform from our customers' SaaS tools reliably
• Engage directly with customers and our GTM team to discover and solve our customers' most complex and bleeding edge problems
• Mentor junior engineers and continue raising our bar for engineering excellence

You might be a great fit if you're a strong developer in all things frontend and backend, with a deep interest in Agentic AI / LLM applications. Who you are:
