THE ROLE - Founding Software Engineer The Founding Software Engineer will take charge of developing the company's core AI agent, playing a critical role in shaping both the product and the technology stack. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup environment, where flexibility, ownership, and adaptability are essential. • Lead the design and architecture of the AI chatbot, ensuring seamless automation for inbound sales.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and maintain both front-end and back-end systems.
• Utilize Python and TypeScript, while leveraging cloud services like AWS and GCP to ensure scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to understand user needs and deliver impactful features.
• Ensure code quality and reliability through best practices in testing, documentation, and version control.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Full-stack engineering experience, with a focus on delivering scalable, user-centric applications.
• Strong skills in Python, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.
• Experience building products from the ground up, particularly in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working in an evolving, dynamic space where you'll need to wear multiple hats.
• Passion for building AI or ML-driven solutions from scratch (0-1 experience).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to translate technical needs into business outcomes.
• Previous startup experience is highly valued, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on role is essential.
• Machine learning experience is a plus
