Founding Software Engineer | Venture-Backed Construction Tech Startup

Location: SF, NYC, Boston, DC, or Northeast Corridor (Hybrid/Remote)

Impact & Role

• Join as the 2nd engineering hire, working directly with technical co-founders
• Shape technical infrastructure and best practices from the ground up
• Build and own critical features in a greenfield environment
• Help create an engineering culture that's collaborative and inclusive

Ideal Background

• 1+ years of production engineering experience (exceptional new grads considered)
• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and React
• Track record of shipping products end-to-end
• Experience with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS/Azure is valuable
• CS degree from a top university with strong fundamentals
• Previous founding engineer experience is a plus

The Package

• Salary: $100K - $160K
• Equity: 0.5% - 1.0%
• Location: Flexible within SF, NYC, Boston, DC, or Northeast Corridor
• Remote/Hybrid options available
