This role is a unique opportunity to take part in the strategic decision-making process, helping to drive the financial planning and analysis of our fast-paced organization. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and decision support, while also developing and monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends, and analyzing variances. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, creating detailed financial models and providing insightful analysis.2. Develop and maintain monthly financial dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights.3. Analyze monthly financial results and highlight key trends, variances, and areas of concern or opportunity.4. Prepare and present financial analyses to senior management, including profitability analysis, operational efficiency measures, and financial forecasts.5. Collaborate with the operations team to understand and improve operational KPIs.6. Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.7. Work closely with the private equity or venture capital compliance team to ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.8. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, providing financial expertise and strategic insights.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. An MBA or CPA is highly desirable.2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.3. In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.4. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.5. Experience with private equity or venture capital compliance is a plus.6. Strong understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.7. Ability to develop, understand, and improve operational KPIs.8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.9. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.10. Proven track record in achieving operational KPIs and driving financial success in a manufacturing environment.11.
