Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – B2B SAP Cloud and AI

About the Role

SAPSOL Technologies is seeking experienced business leaders, particularly those in B2B ERP and SAP, to join as Fractional CMOs. This role is ideal for Sales and Business Development executives who can leverage their existing relationships to drive lead generation for SAPSOL's cloud migration, AI, and managed support services. With SAP's 2027 end of maintenance for on-premises systems, our mission is to guide businesses in transitioning to SAP S/4HANA Cloud to reduce costs and enhance AI capabilities.

Compensation and Earnings Potential

  • Annual Earnings: Between $120K and $450K based on performance
  • Flexible Engagement: Work part-time or full-time without leaving your current role
  • 1099 Performance-Based Model: Residual monthly income for the client lifecycle (typically 5+ years)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Utilize your current network in the ERP SAP market to identify prospects and create new connections for SAPSOL's services.
  • Focus on SAP Cloud Migration: Educate clients on moving to SAP S/4HANA Cloud to avoid maintenance gaps and unlock AI capabilities by 2027.
  • Client Facilitation: Serve as a bridge between clients and SAPSOL's delivery teams to ensure value alignment and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • B2B SAP ERP Experience: Extensive background in business, executive, finance, or B2B sales roles with decision-maker access.
  • Established Network: Ability to leverage existing relationships and expand new contacts in the ERP/SAP domain.
  • Strong Communication and Leadership: Proven skills in client relations and executive engagement.
  • Professional Tenure: 10+ years in a related executive or business leadership role.
