• Perform rough framing tasks for walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs for residential and light commercial projects.
• Construct, install, and repair structural frameworks and wood components, including walls, rafters, and staircases.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
• Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in rough framing and structural carpentry.
• Highly motivated, dependable, and committed to producing quality work.
• Strong understanding of building codes, blueprints, and structural integrity.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Have all necessary hand tools for framing carpentry.
