Key Responsibilities: Oversee the franchise sales process, including lead generation, application reviews, candidate interviews, and contract awards. Execute daily recruiting tasks and prospect new business clients. Set and manage key recruitment metrics. Utilize franchise sales tools to attract qualified candidates. Develop a sales strategy to attract investors and ensure brand consistency in recruitment marketing. Collaborate with the marketing team and executive leadership on strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 7 years of relevant experience; MBA preferred. Experience in franchise recruiting or new business sales. Ability to adapt to change and work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills. Ability to travel as needed.
