Fraud Risk Analyst - Aditi Consulting : Job Details

Position Summary:

The role involves managing risk and fraud functions, taking over and maintaining existing dashboards and pipelines. The ideal candidate should be able to generate, maintain, and analyze data, with a focus on detecting insights and risks, primarily related to fraud and risk analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop significant insights that improve risk controls based on large incidents, near misses, product and portfolio analysis.
• Help develop risk frameworks to manage fraud risk, products and portfolio threats, decode policies, fraud prevention and more
• Monitor the performance of risk strategies and proactively seek out opportunities for improvement in policy, operations and outputs
• Partner with risk horizontal teams to deliver scalable global risk management policies through the buyer lifecycle.
• Establish relationships with partners in the regional businesses, product owners, engineering, incident management and risk operations organizations to set shared goals, influence the prioritization and facilitate the implementation of important risk strategies.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and teams, including a team in China.

Key Skills:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally with a bachelor's degree.
• Strong proficiency in SQL is essential for detecting insights and managing data.
• Experience with Tableau is required for maintaining and generating pipelines.
• Excel and Google Spreadsheets experience is important. Python is optional but a plus.
• Ability to lead all metrics movement, assess their impact, and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and provide valuable insights.
• Industry experience in fraud, risk, or payments.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and end client requirements).
