PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of 6-12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
In this position, you are an integral part of the Sports Operations team. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.
The Production Coordinator position reports to the VP, Golf Operations.
Responsibilities:
+ Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of production both remotely and in studio
+ Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
+ Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
+ Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
+ Responsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation)
+ Work with internal partners and vendors regarding Remote and Studio Logistics: Crewing, Scheduling Team, HR, Building Admin (seating), IT, event catering, cleaning schedules, etc. (as applicable)
+ Must be fiscally responsible in managing purchase cards and budgets of assigned sporting events
+ Coordinate with internal partners & various broadcast partners, regarding show deliverables and logistics
+ Provide support with administrative duties as needed
Basic Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field; or equivalent years of experience
+ Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
+ Basic knowledge of Sports production
Desired Characteristics:
+ Minimum two (2+) years' experience in the television/film production business, preferably at a network or production facility
+ Ability to adhere to tight deadlines, communicate clearly and be able to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
+ Interest in the Operations side of Sports Broadcasting
+ Working knowledge of Excel and Smartsheets is a plus
+ Collaborative and team oriented
+ Willingness to work flexible days/hours, including nights and weekends

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
