About Us Rosina Food Products, Inc. is a leader in quality food production and is dedicated to delivering the best products and services. We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented DC Freezer Associate to join our team! Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload trailers with precision, checking orders for proper identification
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with warehouse and production requirements
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness in compliance with USDA, OSHA, and company regulations
  • Use standup forklifts (experience preferred)
  • Support overall team objectives by collaborating with Production and Warehouse staff
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse and inventory experience, preferably with a standup forklift
  • Skills: Basic math skills, ability to read and interpret documents, and communicate effectively
  • Certification: Forklift certification (provided on-site)
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds regularly, occasionally push/pull up to 100 pounds
  • Comfortable working in cold, wet, and high-noise environments with proper PPE
