We are currently seeking a People Services Specialist - Global to join our Boart Longyear team in Salt Lake City.

**Responsibilities**

+ Ensure that all Service Level Agreements are being met or exceeded.

+ Perform data entry into our core HRIS system accurately and timely.

+ Maintain employees information in our HRIS system. This position is required to perform data maintenance, which includes generating offer letter, employee termination, any assignment changes update, such as job title changes, job grade changes, promotion, salary adjustments etc.in our core HRIS system

+ Create a work environment where customer service and efficiency are key focus areas in at that is handled.

+ Effectively execute all other primary and secondary HR process specialization work activities, while also identifying and making recommendations for realizing process efficiencies and improvements.

+ Provide quality associate support in response to routine inquiries made via phone, email or team from employees, managers, HR professionals and internal business partners as well as external business contacts.

+ Complete regular HRIS data audits, analysis and data cleansing routines to ensure accuracy of information held and confidence in data integrity.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Must be authorized to work in United States

+ A high school degree or GED

+ Experience in high-volume customer service environment such as Call Center

+ Proficiency in MS Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook

+ Proficient in Human Resources Information Systems such as Oracle, Dayforce, UKG

+ Bilingual proficiency in English and French required.
