Fresh Cut Processor - Loffredo Fresh Foods : Job Details

Perform products process which includes but is not limited to; filling, weighing, packing each product and ensuring quality standards are met. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform one or more repetitive jobs on an assembly line or sub-assembly line to produce and assemble products. This will include insertion of materials, clamping and fitting.
• Assist with duties in all lines of production department.
• Verify all containers contain the same weight of product.
• Communicate/work efficiently and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
• Candidate should be flexible and willing to work a multitude of production duties.
• Duties may vary from day to day so willingness to learn many different duties is needed.
• Good hand-eye coordination is needed so previous production work experience is a plus.
• Employee will need the ability to measure as well as good math skills
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in a food industry company or industry
• The ability to understand and carry out projects assigned
• The ability to be a leader in the execution of tasks as well as ease of working in groups
• The ability to work under pressure.
• It is a requirement to read, write and speak English.
• The ability to understand and implement the allocated addresses for the implementation of projects
• Employee will need to train in company policies, safety standards in food production, and report on the hazards and risks in the production
• Must be flexible with work hours and willing to work late on occasion as needed
• It may be necessary for employee to reach above the shoulder, kneel, crawl, bend or stoop frequently
