Front Counter Retail Associate - CV Job Details Level Entry Job Location Cookeville - Cookeville, TN Salary Range $10.00 - $12.00 Base+Commission/month Description **Pool and Spa Depot is interviewing candidates for *Front Counter Retail Associates for our brand new Cookeville retail store.***

*The Front Counter Retail Associate (FRCA) provide customers with outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone. The FCRA serves customers by selling products, testing water and meeting customer needs.*

***Duties include; but are not limited to:***

* Build effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services that are most appropriate to their situation.

* Process customer transactions.

* Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.

* Complete water tests and discusses results with customer.

* Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* One to two years related experience or equivalent.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Commitment to excellence and high standards.

* Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

* Professional appearance and demeanor

* Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

* Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

**This position pays an hourly wage plus commission!
