Overview:
Front Desk Agent/DR Supervisor
A Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming and providing friendly service to guests of the Golden Nugget hotel and casino. This position will also dual rate up to a supervisor position as needed.
Responsibilities:Associates degree preferred
Previous work experience as a front desk agent, reservations or hotel cashiering experience preferred
Must be guest oriented and have excellent customer service skills. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
