What You'll Do (Job Duties) Welcome Guests: Greet homeowners, guests, and vendors with a genuine smile and friendly demeanor, ensuring everyone feels valued and at ease upon arrival. Customer Service Excellence: Represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction. Policy Enforcement: Uphold and enforce community policies with respect and fairness, contributing to a well-organized and harmonious environment. Package Handling: Efficiently handle and process packages, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to homeowners. Resident Communication: Keep residents informed about upcoming community events, changes, and updates, enhancing their engagement and enjoyment via email. Inquiry Management: Address homeowner inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service and support. Area Maintenance: Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators. Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control. Who You Are (Skills/Experience) -At least 1 year of customer service experience, showcasing your ability to provide exceptional support -Excellent telephone etiquette, ensuring clear and professional communication -Administrative/clerical experience. Familiar with Microsoft, Type 30 WPM. -Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining is a plus, highlighting your background in delivering top-notch service -A polished and professional appearance and demeanor that reflects our commitment to excellence -An upbeat and positive team player attitude that contributes to a collaborative work environment - Strong judgment and a solutions-oriented mindset, driving effective problem-solving - A proactive customer service approach that anticipates and meets the needs of our residents and guests Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
