BayMark Health Services is looking for highly organized, professional and enthusiastic receptionist to handle a multitude of administrative functions in the treatment center. An ideal candidate is able to multitask and ensure the coordination of office activities, partner with clinic staff and maintain the paper flow of clerical functions in the office. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 1+ Years of Receptionist Experience - Required Excellent customer service skills and professional public presentation skills, including telephone etiquette. Ability to maintain routine records and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations. MUST BE ABLE TO START ASAP LETTER OF COMMITMENT REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMITTAL BayMark will run their own Background Check and 10-panel Drug Screen; agency is not required to do so. Upon acceptance of offer, BayMark will reach out for most of compliance. Compliance is very minimal.
