Front Desk Clerk - The Marcus Corporation : Job Details

The Platinum Hotel is looking for a full time Front Desk Agent. We're the perfect team to join if you're looking for a non-union, non-smoking & non-gaming work environment. Located just 1 block off the strip, and 5 blocks from UNLV, you're guaranteed an easy trip to work and free employee parking. The Front Desk agent will be responsible for registration and checkout, phone operations, mail and message service all the while providing outstanding service to our guests along the way. Starting pay is $16.50/hr. Shift times vary between 6 am - 10 pm What you will be doing: Review arrivals noting special requests, blocking rooms as needed. Check in and out hotel guests in a confident, professional and friendly manner. Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurate information.
