Job Description :
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously. Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby and guest areas. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements as needed. Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues. Adhere to established security and emergency procedures. Required Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to pass a background check. Presentation and uniform must adhere to established standards at all times, maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
