The Role: Receptionist

This position will play an integral role in the organizational service and strength of our company. The Receptionist will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor. Key responsibilities include: Supports administrative initiatives and activities; including maintaining executive calendars and events, travel arrangements, correspondence, and front desk coverage

OVERVIEW

  • Minimal executive support; including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and supplies stocking
  • Interface with appropriate staff/managers to receive information regarding facilities' needs; ensure that operational supplies are well stocked, including kitchen supplies
  • Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services
  • Assists with overseeing maintenance of property including but not limited to offices, production areas, public areas, and equipment
  • Performs administrative and general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing
  • Manage office shipping needs, coordinate mail pick-up and distribution
  • Assists with arranging, setting up and taking down local office events and meetings both on-site
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly organized and results-oriented, with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Skilled at project management, and at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage deadlines, effectively prioritize, and maintain up-to-date calendars
  • Self-motivated and collaborative work style, able to both follow directions toward working individually to great results, or work in a team of peers. Able to learn new processes as needed
  • Excellent professional communication skills and ability to work with wide variety of roles from internal colleagues to prospective hires, vendors and service providers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel

EDUCATION

High School Diploma required.
