Our client is a prestigious international law firm that puts integrity, client service and employee satisfaction above all else. They are seeking a Receptionist for their spectacular San Francisco office.
This role does require 5 days a week in office .
Job Summary:
The Receptionist will provide professional and personable point of contact support to clients and visitors. The role will assign visitor office space, maintain and a chart of all office assignments. In addition to greeting guests, answer and direct calls, the Receptionist will coordinate with various departments to assist with meeting arrangements including food services and IT for AV/IS equipment.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls and direct caller to voice mail, when appropriate
Greet, announce and log in all visitors and update Daily Visitor List
Maintain Meeting Room Manager Scheduling software for conference rooms
Coordinate all requests for space and provide catering and AV/IS equipment as requested
Call for appropriate transportation as needed and issue vouchers.
Document visiting firm personnel and notify IT and office services.
Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts that may arise.
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
College degree, law firm and prior concierge experience is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office suite needed, and iManage preferred
Prior customer service or receptionist experience
Engaging and professional demeanor with clear speaking voice and excellent spoken and written command of English
Excellent verbal, written, organization, computer, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Team player with ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary: Up to 70K, maybe flexible depending on experience.
