As the Front Desk Representative at Sonar Spark, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Your role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office experience. You will manage administrative tasks, answer inquiries, and support the smooth operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.Answer and route phone calls professionally.Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.Handle inquiries from clients and provide basic information about services.Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless office operations.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.Benefits:
