Front Desk Representative (On Call) - KISCO Senior Living : Job Details

Job Description:

The Front Desk Representative @ Magnolia Glen provides exceptional customer service via the front desk to establish a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.

**We are looking for someone who can fill in on 3p-11p shift during the week and 7a-3p on weekends as needed**

Pay Rate: $15.50/hr

What will I do every day?

• Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
• Assist residents with requests as needed
• Answer incoming calls
• Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
• Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day
• Have excellent customer service skills
• 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Senior Living experience a plus
• Hotel experience a plus
