The Front Desk Supervisor will be expected to assist the Management team with all front office department operations including working shifts, directly supervising and training all front office personnel, and accommodating guests' requests and complaints. Other expectations include supervising all department personnel demonstrating high leadership skills, model behaviors, and exemplary actions. QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous supervisory experience. • Previous Hotel Front Desk experience. • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
