The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a positive experience during their stay. The Front/House Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas, as well as assisting guests with any questions or concerns they may have.Part TimeResponsibilities:- Greet guests as they arrive and assist with check-in and check-out procedures- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area- Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have- Ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently- Perform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
