DescriptionWe are looking for Experienced Candidates who can manage, develop and lead a high performing team in our front of house operations. Our Front of House director focuses on customer service, order accuracy, speed of service, team member coaching and our guest experience.This position will train you on basic team member roles, shift lead roles and responsibilities and training functions before officially stepping into the role. Your pay will be determined based on experience and it is our intention to scale you up quickly as you learn this fun but complex role.The director role requires comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant and people management. The position requires at least 5 years of managerial experience.Requirements
